Last updated: 12 August 2026

LIMAH TECHNIEK, located at Gedempte Gracht 295, 2512 AM The Hague, is responsible for the processing described here. Privacy questions can be sent to info@limahtechniek.nl or raised via +31 6 4119 1289.

Data we process

When you contact us, we process your name, email address, optional telephone number, subject and message. Hosting and security systems may temporarily process technical data such as IP address, time, browser information and requested page. To prevent abuse, the contact form uses a short-lived pseudonymous hash of the IP address. The IP address itself is not included in the contact message.

Purposes and legal bases

Recipients and processors

Data is accessible only to authorised people within LIMAH TECHNIEK and service providers needed for hosting and email. Website and business email services are technically provided through TransIP. Where required by the GDPR, we put appropriate processor arrangements in place. We do not sell personal data or automatically use contact details for newsletters or advertising.

Retention

A request that does not become an assignment is normally deleted no later than 12 months after the last substantive communication. Data forming part of customer, project, quotation or financial records is retained while current and then for the applicable legal period, generally 7 years. Security logs and temporary abuse prevention data are retained for the shortest practical period.

Transfers outside the EEA

We aim to process data within the European Economic Area. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we ensure a valid transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Send requests to info@limahtechniek.nl. We may ask for information to verify your identity and normally respond within one month.

Complaints

Please contact us first about a concern. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Security and changes

We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. We may update this statement when services or legislation change. The current version is always available here.
